Der Weg f\u00fchrte fast direttissima den Berg rauf. 2:30 waren angeschrieben. Ich war nach 1:41 oben. Aber ich war so fertig wie die ganze letzte Woche nicht. Nach 3 Tagen Schonung hatte ich es mir leichter vorgestellt. So schwitze ich nicht einmal beim 38 Grad hei\u00dfen Bikramyoga. Vielleicht habe ich ja auch Corona. F\u00fchlen tu ich mich nicht wirklich fit. Habe sogar am Nachmittag geschlafen. Zum Nachtmahl Wildererpfandl mit gr\u00fcnen Tee.
